Everything was great, very good staff, exceptional views over the bay and Baku. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe. The services were nice. Besides, the parking was nearby. Food was good and I have nothing but quite comfortable memories from this trip.

The location is exceptionally nice and easy, just a pleasant stroll away from Crystal Hall.

The room on the top floors at the front. Hotel's location was magnificent and quiet, in the center of the city. Besides, it was just off the airport as well as several markets a bakery...

Had a lovely Christmas stay at a reasonably priced hotel. Appreciated the welcoming and friendly staff and the comfortable guest rooms. Great location near restaurants and shops, and close to public transportation. Not to mention, the breakfast spread was worth waking up early for.

The gym and pool were lacking. The gym equipment was outdated and limited, while the pool was small and not very swim-friendly.

Excellent hotel with a great location near the old city. The room had a nice view and was well-stocked with water, tea, and coffee. The staff, especially the day shift lady, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel felt safe, clean, and organized. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic, and the facilities were great too. The location was near the Boulevard and the center of the city, so it was easy to get around. The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed sitting in the cozy yard with a pool. I was very impressed with this hotel.
